How much is delivery?

If you are storing for more than 3 months delivery and redelivery is free. Both services need to booked at least a week in advance. Delivery is available Monday to Friday
You will have one hour to pack our smaller units (3.7m3 and 4.9m3) and up to three hours for larger units (9.4m3 or combinations).
You also have the option of packing at our location. If you choose this option you have up to three weeks to pack and we offer a 50% discount on your first months rental.
If you store less than 3 months there may be a fee depending on your location.

Question 2

Do you have a minimum storage period?

The minimum storage period is 3 months. But please talk to us if you need to store for less than that and we'll see what we can do to help you. If you store over 3 months your pick up and redelivery is free. If you store for less than 3 months there may be a fee depending on your location.
Access to your storage unit needs to be booked in advance. You can access your storage unit to add or remove contents at our location. You are entitled to free access once every 6 months. Charges apply if you require any additional access.

We have a very squeezy street. Can you get a box to us?

We are tight access specialists – if you’ve got a squeezy street or limited area to park in an apartment building, we specialise in tight access! If we can't get a box to you, no one can!​​😀

What size boxes do you have?

Accepted Answer

We have the most flexible sizing of all the providers.  We're the only mobile storage provider with 10 different size boxes from 3.7 cubic metres to 34 cubic metres. So you don't pay for space you don't need in a half empty box.

Who owns Cheapa Mobile Storage?

We're a trusted family business who have been doing this since 2006. We also own traditional self storage facilities at Brookvale and Elanora Heights. We don't have to answer to large corporates or shareholders. We value personal service and can customise a solution that suits you.

How often can I access my box?

Every six months, we offer FREE redelivery to your home/office or to our Sydney depot located at Llandillo (Penrith), so you can easily add or remove items as needed. Or if you require access under the free 6 months access all you need to do is let us know and we will re-deliver to you or to our depot located at Llandillo (Penrith) for a small redelivery fee.
